It's obvious that financially-established Japan has more fundings than Taiwan. Scenes are equipped with higher quality of props like real LouisVuitton, Omega, Piaget, Dior, Chanel, Ferrari, BMW, Lambo... Taiwan don't even have sufficent "extras" for playing roles of random passer-bys. JAPAN! NIPPON!
